Identifying a Wolf

We have all heard about the scripture warning: "Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves..."Mt 7:15
There are elements clinging to that truth; elements that we must not miss:
First of all, a "prophet" does not have to be a "bible thumper" or a religious zealot-a prophet can be anyone who has exceptional powers of expression (dictionary.com); i.e. charismatic
WOLVES:
1) Wolves are male and female
2) There is a difference between a HUNGRY (ravening) wolf, and a wolf that is not "starving"
3) Wolves do nest quite well with those who submit to the pecking order within the pack
4) Those within the "pack", or family must have NO DESIRE to show: resistance, individuality, or personality [as is common to humans]; those within the pack must never attempt to leave

About Sheep's "Clothing":
1) Clothing covers what is beneath it, and can deceive the eyes
2) Clothing can be convincing, win trust, and announce importance
3) Clothing can shift and reveal the true shape of the form beneath it
4) Clothing can be removed- so that what is beneath it, is exposed in full view
A true SHEEP:
1) Sheep are gentle in nature, and trusting
2)Sheep are "led" (not driven as goats). Wolves call to their prey. Wolves are sneaky when hungry. Hungry (ravenous) wolves do not announce their presence to their prey this is why they are excellent hunters.
3) Sheep will first try to ignore danger. Sheep rarely fight back; sheep first try to flee; but when cornered, sheep can beller, kick, trample and bite!

A wolf in sheep's clothing can present themselves as: trustworthy; gentle leaders; generous; non-violent; and may act shocked and surprised when the sheep bites back; however, when the sheep shows signs of aggression, even though it is the last resort, the wolf WILL rip the sheep to shreds.

Digest these truths.
